Estates At Memorial Heights was the perfect transition for me after graduating for University of Texas. There were friendly faces and and the ambiance and amenities were everything I needed after coming from home for a hard days work. I would always wake up and smell the fresh bread being baked across the street. I loved to barbecue on there 2 Gas Grills. The Summer time invited all the neighbors out into the pool and we would all take turns and potluck at the barbecues. The Clubhouse was great to hang out at and throw parties because of the large bar and pool table. We even played music and movies on the projector in the movie theater room or watched sports. Management was fast friendly and fantastic. But, I did buy them lunch once a month for treating me so well as a courtesy. I think establishing a good relationship is important with your leasing agents as they will make or break your living experience.

Maintenance was superb every time we  filled out a request they came promptly to tend to the matter. I wish I had never moved from here, I referred many friends here who are still living here and I remember always being able to park my car next to my apartment I was first floor in the back. Very friendly neighbors, utility bills were never high, and we pretty much got to do what ever we wanted without being restricted by the management....rent out the club house an hour later than allowed, fantastic place to live.......

Other conveniences of Estates At Memorial Heights is that its walking distance to dog parks and we had alot of neighbors that had pets, the grounds are always kept clean, and walking distance to Walgreen's Pharmacy, Chase Bank, Restaurants, and the Dry Cleaners.
